Teleporters on Deep Maps
Right now I'm Kurzick on Kanaai Canyon (Luxon Deep Map) and we can't jump the teleporters in the base. My understanding was that the teleporters are neutral and that either side could use them under any circumstances, whether or not the doors are closed, but I'm positive that I haven't been able to jump them during this weekend.
Is this a recent change? |

No, it has been like this ages.
Yes, teleporters on Ancestral Lands work just fine for both sides. Yes, people have complained before. No, ANet did not respond in any way. |

they have never been 'neutral' they have never allowed the opposing side through them, This has been said so millions of times.

i've managed to jump out the opposing side's teleporter on occasion. it sometime works, and sometime does not. i believe it is tied to whether the corresponding gate is blasted open or not.

Yeah, seemingly didn't work when I was Kurzick and trying to use the teleports on Kaanai ONLY. Then again, as to what moko had posted, I never really checked if any of the gates were open or not.

It's like Robbert said, the teleporters work for both sides on Ancestral regardless of gate status but only work for Luxons on Canyon. Considering how long it took for them to fix the bug where Kurzick players could glitch through the fence on Canyon for early capping, I wouldn't expect this to ever be addressed.

Let's say that this bug evens out the other one that favors Kurzicks, namely if both sides reach 500 points on the same check Kurzicks always win even when Luxons have more points.
